Returns and Exchanges
As each piece is custom printed and designed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or due to you making a mistake in the ordering process. Please ensure you double check that your order and spelling is correct.
We will offer a refund or replacement if your item is faulty or damaged. We will require you to get in touch within seven (7) days of receiving your items if there are any faults, and photos will be asked to be supplied via email. Customer service is one of our highest priorities, so please get in touch with any concerns and we will be happy to help.

EU Withdrawal Returns:
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Personalised, custom-made, embroidered, or made-to-order products may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal rights once production has started or the item has been customised. This does not affect your consumer rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
