PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Order Adjustments
As each piece is custom printed and designed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will offer a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, damaged in transit or you have any problems with it. We will require you to get in touch within seven (7) days of receiving your items if there are any faults, and photos will be asked to be supplied via email. Customer service is one of our highest priorities, so please get in touch with any concerns and we will be happy to help.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the Australian and other copyright laws, and is the property of Signature Creations. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Signature Creations. Copyright 2020, Signature Creations ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Signature Creations or purchasing Signature Creations products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Signature Creations or to purchase our products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
Limitation of Liability
Signature Creations shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Signature Creations has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Signature Creations product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Signature Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Signature Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Signature Creations shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Image Representation and Final Print
Each image and mock up is supplied purely for illustrative purposes and final sizes, scale and font options will be provided via digital proof within 24-48 hours. As content is constructed for visual use and ease of purchase experience, final print output colours may differ off screen to on screen. You accept and acknowledge that while all effort is taken to ensure it is as cohesive as possible and as accurate as possible, that some minor discrepancies may occur when issued for print. Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Signature Creations without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. All information collected by Signature Creations is essential for the sole purpose of processing your order. Your information will never be sold, given or distributed to any other third party. Your address, name, payment information and all other relevant information relating to your order (including your baby’s name) are held within the strictest confidence as governed by our own business ethics and Australian law. The only third party who will receive your information is Australia Post which is an essential to deliver your order to you.
Postage
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars AU $.
My Signature Creations delivers around the globe. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout.
SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA: Orders are sent with Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon completion.
Standard shipping within Australia : $9.50 Delivery estimate: 5-7 business days. (Not including production time)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders are sent with Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon completion. International Economy: $38.50AUD. Delivery estimate: Up to 8 -10 business days. (Not including production time)
When a parcel is delivered to the destination country, that country is responsible for the delivery.
My Signature Creations is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address so please ensure all information is correct.
Due to Covid-19 Australia Post are experiencing delays in delivering parcels.
We unfortunately are not offering rush orders at this stage. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
Delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed as My Signature Creations cannot be held liable for Australia Post’s dispatch and delivery schedules. Please see http://www.auspost.com.au/ for delivery estimates for your area.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing an incorrect address.
Once your parcels have left My Signature Creations they are property of the courier company or Australia Post. My Signature Creations is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. However we will do all we can to track your parcel for you. Please contact us when you place your order if you wish to purchase additional signature on delivery or insurance.
Social Media
Your images tagged on instagram or Facebook will not be shared or used for social media purposes or advertising without your explicit written permission.
Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise.

However, even if the third party is affiliated with Signature Creations, Signature Creations has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Signature Creations. PRODUCT POLICY & CARE
Personalised fabric is designed and sewn in Australia. Printing is completed in Australia OR USA and is certified organic cotton by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS). All inks have been tested to ensure that they contain none of the substances prohibited by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act and is safe for infant use.
Machine wash with phosphate-free detergent in cold water using a gentle or delicate cycle. Air dry when possible.
Name and pattern placement may vary depending on letters and fonts chosen. Colours may vary depending on the display settings of your monitor/device. This may result in slight colour variations between what you see on screen and what you see in hand, please keep that in mind when ordering.
