How long will my order take?
Shipping within Australia: Estimate 5-7 Business days (not including production time).
Express Shipping: Estimate 1-4 Business days (not including production time).
International shipping: Estimate 8-10 Business days (not including production time).
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping to anywhere in Australia.
$15 Express Shipping to anywhere in Australia.
International Post is a flat rate of $25AUD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
How will my order be packaged?
All personalised blankets come in our Signature Creations re-usable cotton drawstring bag.
Our gorgeous gift boxes all come beautifully gift wrapped in our Signature Creation deluxe gift box.
Do you accept returns?
As each piece is custom printed and designed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or due to you making a mistake in the ordering process. Please ensure you double check that your order and spelling is correct.
We will offer a refund or replacement if your item is faulty or damaged. We will require you to get in touch within seven (7) days of receiving your items if there are any faults, and photos will be asked to be supplied via email. Customer service is one of our highest priorities, so please get in touch with any concerns and we will be happy to help.

Will invoices be sent with my goods?
No, none of our parcels are sent with pricing/invoices. You will receive a confirmation email with pricing, ensuring the recipient will not receive any of this information.
Can I send a personalised message to the recipient?
Yes. Please leave your special message in the notes section at checkout. We will hand write your message on a beautiful gift card for you.
Why is my stabiliser still attached to the back of my blanket?
To ensure high quality and long-lasting embroidery on your blanket we use a high quality cut away stabiliser. This type of stabiliser is used on knitted products to ensure that your personalisation remains in place over time and multiple washes.
We recommend folding your personalised blanket like a fitted sheet, so that the name is visible.
